I advise new and growing companies and entrepreneurs, and provide a unique blend of strategic advisory, industry experience and marketing help, as well as personal and business coaching, while being a minority partner in the company.  Sharing equity is the best way to align incentives, and it’s where traditional advising and coaching models fail.

  • Learn from my experience and avoid making the same mistakes. Over the past 20+ years in business I’ve acquired and operated hundreds of businesses, I made all the mistakes one can make in the process, you’ll get the benefit of that experience in my advice, so you do not have to repeat the same mistakes.
  • Strategic advice. The most important challenges a new and growing business faces usually have to do with setting the right priorities, and focusing on effective strategies, and allocating resources to the most promising venues for growth, based on realistic expectations. Nothing will prepare you better for these decisions, than experience.
  • Network and introduction. I have a wide business network and can help connect you to the right people, companies, communities and contacts for the fastest growth. Ranging from potential business partnerships, employees to experts in various fields of marketing and technology..
  • Marketing and branding. By having a highly reputable investor and entrepreneur as your advisor you’ll get the benefit of trust and extra publicity for your product and service. I can frequently help generate significant sales by simply mentioning your company to my following, or via podcasts or public appearances, or directly to highly targeted businesses within my network.
  • Help in times of crisis. All businesses go through good times and bad times, and overcoming difficulties requires a very rational, cool headed approach, with the occasional emotional support and encouragement. Most aspiring young entrepreneurs underestimate the risks, and can quickly crumble under pressure, due to a lack of experience. Having an experienced mentor is invaluable in those moments.
  • Therapy and personal coaching, mentoring. I’ve studied and practiced various therapy and coaching modalities, eastern and western spirituality and meditation techniques, having practiced over 10k+ hours myself, and can professionally and empathically coach and mentor people towards improving their routines, calming their minds and finding a deeper peace in their lives and satisfaction in their work.
  • Efficiency and effectiveness. I have a strong knack for improving systems and can generally find ways to make things more efficient in any situation. Consistent improvements from periodic assessments and advice bring excellence.
  • Structuring and scaling. As a business matures and grows, having solid structures and a foundational framework built on first principles will make the process of scaling much smoother. This can be especially difficult for young entrepreneurs, as there is generally abundant, often conflicting advice on this topic, and it’s very challenging to figure out your own unique model.
  • Financing, acquisitions, sales. I can often provide financing at preferable terms and assist with acquisitions and finding additional investors or help negotiate a sale. Having a professional dealmaker as an advisor or partner will pay for itself many times over when it’s time to negotiate an exit.
  • Rich worldly experience and expertise in a wide variety of fields, combined with a very rational approach, devoid of emotional reactivity, allows me to have a more holistic, big picture view of most problems, which is essential for a good advisor.
